Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.
NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $80 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the $80 divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.

There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks.
